No Win, No Fee

At Get Back Tax, we believe in making tax support accessible to everyone. That's why we operate on a completely transparent, no-risk fee structure.

Our Fee Structure

We charge a 30% fee (inclusive of VAT) of the amount of any successful tax refund. There is no upfront fee whatsoever.

How It Works

  1. 1.

    We assess your eligibility and prepare your claim completely free of charge initially.

  2. 2.

    We submit your claim to HMRC and handle all correspondence.

  3. 3.

    Only if your claim is successful, we deduct our 30% fee from the amount reclaimed.

  4. 4.

    If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing at all.

Example: If we successfully claim back £1,000 for you, our fee would be £300, and you would receive £700. If the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.
